Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Disperindag Karawang, Jawa Barat, mengimbau 190 perusahaan yang ada di Kawasan Karawang International Industrial City (KIIC) gencarkan Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB), hal itu paska 9 karyawan PT Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia (EMI) terkonfirmasi positif.
“Poin aturan yang kembali kita tegaskan kepada 190 perwakilan perusahaan yang ada di kawasan KIIC sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 di lingkungan industri besar,” kata Kepala Disperindag Karawang, Ahmad Suroto, Rabu (12/8/2020) di ruang kerjanya.
Meski Disperindag Karawang belum bisa berkomunikasi langsung dengan PT EMI karena jajaran manajemennya sedang menjalankan isolasi mandiri, ia berharap pihak perusahaan itu menutup sementara aktifitas line karyawan yang positif korona.
“Kalau cluster penyebarannya hanya di line, ya kita tutup line tersebut. Bagian lain dari pabrik masih bisa beroperasi dengan memproteksi bagian tersebut,” ujar Ahmad Suroto.
Ia menegaskan, Disperindag Karawang akan merekomendasikan PT EMI supaya melakukan Rapid Test massal sebagai salah satu upaya untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus korona.
“Bila (virus korona) telah menyebar di seluruh lingkungan pabrik, saya akan melapor ke gugus tugas (covid-19) untuk merekomendasikan penutupan pabrik,” tegas Ahmad Suroto. (vzay)
