Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Ketua DPC PKB Karawang Ahmad Zamakhsyari alias Kang Jimmy mengungkapkan bahwa Calon Wakil Bupati (Cawabup) yang akan menjadi pendampingnya dalam Pilkada 2020 itu ditentukan pekan depan.
Karena, ia menegaskan, rekom Gerindra sudah didapatnya tatkala dia menemui Ketua Umum DPP Gerindra, Prabowo Subianto, (Kamis/13/8/2020) di Jakarta.
“Khusus terkait saya, terkait Karawang, 1.000 persen rekom Pak Prabowo dan Pak Ahmad Mujani DPP Gerindra sudah jadi milik saya,” tegas Jimmy kepada awak media, Jumat (14/8/2020) di Karawang.
Sosok Cawabup Karawang itu, kata dia, akan diumumkan langsung Prabowo Subianto yang dikabarkan hendak berkunjung ke Karawang pekan depan.
“Minggu depan Pak Prabowo mau ke Karawang, mau main ke rumah saya,” kata Jimmy yang juga merupakan Wakil Bupati Karawang periode 2015-2020.
Ia menjelaskan, komunikasi politik yang dijalin dengan Anggota DPRD Jabar, Gina Fadlia Swara dan Anggota DPRD Karawang, Yusni Rinjani terus dijalin.
Sebab, dia mengaku, kalau kedua politisi Gerindra yang menjabat sebagai wakil rakyat itu merupakan sosok perempuan yang layak menjadi pendampingnya.
Tetapi, kembali ditegaskan Jimmy, ia tidak ingin larut pada ranah kebijakan Gerindra. Terpenting, lanjut dia, rekom partai besutan Prabowo Subianto tersebut dipastikan menjadi miliknya.
“Saya tidak mau masuk wilayah itu, yang penting rekom Bupati sudah aman ke saya,” tegas Jimmy. (vzay)
