Majalengka, Kabarsebelas.com – UA (32) buruh asal Majalengka tega mencabuli bocah perempuan SD kelas 6 asal Kecamatan Rajagaluh. Akibat perlakuannya UA kini harus berurusan dengan penegak hukum.
Kapolres Majalengka, AKBP Bismo Teguh Prakoso, didampingi Kasat Reskrim, AKP Siswo DC Tarigam, mengatakan, kejadian pada hari Minggu, (23/8/2020) sekira pukul 14.30 WIB, berawal dari perkenalan melalui sosial media aplikasi Michat, UA merayu korban untuk melayani hawa nafsunya. Karena sudah spaneng UA pun mengajak korban secara paksa ke kamar kost di wilayah kelurahan Majalengka Wetan.
Gayung pun bersambut, di situ, pelaku mulai melancarkan aksinya dengan cara merayu korban untuk mengikuti keinginannya.
“Di kosan itulah, si buruh menyetubuhi dan atau mencabuli korban. Si korban menurut saja dan terjadilah persetubuhan itu,”Ujar AKBP Bismo, saat konferensi pers, Kamis (27/8/2020)
Sementara itu kata Kapolres, tersangka AU merupakan warga Desa Cigasong, Kecamatan Cigasong yang bekerja sebagai wiraswasta. Barang bukti yang diamankan, satu stel pakaian korban dan dua buah sprai.
“Untuk tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 82 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 76 E atau Pasal 81 ayat (2) UU RI No. 17 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua atas UU RI No. 23 tahun 2020 Tentang Perlindungan Anak. Diancam hukuman minimal 5 (lima) dan maksimal 15 tahun,” pungkasnya.(Sigit)
