Bekasi, Kabarsebelas.com – Diduga menghina Bupati Kabupaten Bekasi seorang tokoh dengan inisial A dilaporkan ke Polres Metro Bekasi oleh sekelompok pemuda yang tergabung dalam Pemuda Islam Bekasi (PIB) Jumat (4/9/2020).
Laporan tersebut berawal dari beredarnya informasi di beberapa grup WhatsApp “Ayo Bangun Bekasi dan Cikarang Institut” dan dishare di grup Facebook “Info Sukatani Bancong dan Sekitarnya” dengan nama akun “Ardi Priana”.
Seorang tokoh dengan inisial A telah membuat pernyataan pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2020 di media online, diduga menghina Bupati Kabupaten Bekasi Eka Supria Atmaja.
Awaludin Imam Juang Pemuda Islam Bekasi (PIB) mengatakan bahwa, apa yang telah di sampaikan oleh salah seorang tokoh Bekasi dimedia online beberapa pekan lalu dengan mengeluarkan kata kata tidak pantas dengan menghina dan mencemarkan nama baik Bupati Bekasi itu merupakan tindakan yang sangat tidak pantas disampaikan oleh seorang tokoh.
“Harusnya seorang tokoh memberikan contoh yang baik, jaga ucapan, seolah ucapannya tidak beradab,”kata Awaludin kepada Kabarsebelas.com.
Menurutnya, hal itu sangat menciderai norma – norma kemanusiaan, apalagi pernyataan tersebut diungkapkan oleh seorang Tokoh.
Lanjut Awaludin, apabila ingin memberi masukan kepada seorang pemimpin dalam hal kinerja, lakukanlah dengan cara yang elok, dengan cara memberikan kritik yang konstruktif bukan malah mencaci dengan kata kata yang tidak pantas diucapkan.
“Harusnya panggil atau temui pemimpin tersebut, mungkin dengan duduk bersama itu lebih untuk mencari solusi,”katanya.
“Jika terjadi seperti ini, secara otomatis dapat menimbulkan persepsi negativ karena hal itu akan di baca banyak orang,”timpalnya.
Atas hal tersebut PIB berharap besar pada pihak yang berwenang (pihak kepolisian) untuk segera menindaklanjuti dan menginvestigasi laporan tersebut.
Perlu diketahui pencemaran nama baik termaktub dalam UU ITE pasal 310 ayat (1) KHUP dan pasal 207 KHUP.(red)
