Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Karawang pastikan perekrutan Pengawas Pemungutan Tempat Suara (PTPS) yang dilakukan oleh Panitia Pengawas Kecamatan (Panwascam) secara selektif dan sesuai aturan.
“Kami memastikan bahwa Panwascam sudah melakukan perekrutan PTPS sesuai aturan yang berlaku,”kata Kursin Kurniawan Ketua Bawaslu Karawang saat rapat koordinasi pembentukan PTPS dan Bimtek aplikasi Panwascam, Senin 12/10/2020) di Novotel jalan Intercange Karawang Barat.
Pasalnya kata Kursin, PTPS adalah ujung tombak dalam melakukan pengawasan pemilu, jadi ia mengintruksikan kepada Panwascam dalam perekrutan agar hati hati.
“Seperti tidak terkait dengan partai politik, usia minimal 25 tahun, dan pendidikan terkahir minimal SMA,”jelasnya.
Adapun fasilitas yang didapatkan oleh PTPS, dirinya menjelaskan bahwa PTS didukung fasilitas sesuai peraturan dan kebutuhan.
“Iya soal fasilitas pasti kita siapkan lah. Dari mulai atribut, seperti rompi, topi Kartu Identitas itu kita siapkan,”terangnya.
Berkaitan dengan masa Pandemi Covid-19 Kursin juga mengungkapkan jika PTPS tersebut didukung dengan perlengkapan APD sederhana.
“kita sangat utamakan protokol kesehatan, honor anggota PTS pun akan dikirim melalui rekening bank. Bahkan mereka juga difasilitasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan,”pungkasnya.(red)
