Peresmian Retina dan Glaukoma Center Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi menurut rencan akan diresmikan oleh Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia, Bapak Dr. K.H. Ma’ruf Amin pada Rabu, 21 Oktober 2020 pukul 9.30 di Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi Jalan Raya Taktakan KM. 1, Kel Lontar Baru, Kota Serang, Banten.
Kegiatan ini juga dilaksanakan secara virtual dengan User ID Zoom Meeting : 841 2257 7447 dan Password, WAKAF01.
Menurut informasi yang diterima redaksi , kegiatan akan dimulai dengan sambutan Ketua Badan Pelaksana Badan Wakaf Indonesia Bapak Prof Dr. Mohammad NUH, DEA dan dilajutkan dengan penyerahan penghargaan Badan Wakaf Indonesia kepada pada BNI Syariah atas prestasi Pembiayaan Berbasis Wakaf Pertama dengan Agunan Imbal Hasil CWLS.
Acraa dilanjutkan dengan pemberian penghargaan atas Kerjasama dengan Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi.
Pada kegiatan ini penghargaan juga diberikan kepada Walikota Serang atas dukungan Perijinan Operasional Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi dan
Gubernur Provinsi Banten atas Dukungan Perijinan Operasional Rumah Sakit Mata Achmad Wardi
Pada kegaiatan ini juga dilakukan Penandatanganan MoU Pertama di Indonesia antara BWI dengan BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam Hal Pendirian Rumah Sakit Mata Berbasis Wakaf dan penandatanganan MoU dengan UNDP Komitmen Wakaf Yayasan Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) Makassar dan Komitmen Wakaf Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya (YARSIS) Rp. 10 Miliar.
