Purwakarta, Kabarsebelas.com – Pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta bersama BPN Purwakarta menyerahkan 10.000 sertifikat tanah kepada warga dari program percepatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL).
“Sesuai laporan dari BPN Purwakarta dari target 30.000 yang sudah disalurkan sebanyak 8.000 sertifikat dan hari ini sebanyak 10.000 sertifikat,”kata Bupati Purwakarta Anne Ratna Mustika, Senin 9/11/2020, saat penyerahan sertifikat tanah secara simbolis kepada perwakilan warga, di Bale Paseban lingkungan Pemkab Purwakarta.
Sebanyak 10.000 sertifikat yang dibagikan hari ini diberikan kepada warga di tiga Kecamatan, yaitu Kecamatan Tegalwaru, Pondoksalam dan Kecamatan Maniis.
Didampingi Kepala BPN Purwakarta Hehen Suhendar, Anne berharap program PTSL dapat mewujud nyatakan pembangunan yang rata khususnya bagi masyarakat Purwakarta.
“PTSL ini akan mempermudahkan pemerintah daerah untuk melakukan penataan kota. Kami juga memastikan penerima sertifikat tepat sasaran, yakni para nelayan dan petani serta masyarakat lainnya agar mereka dapat memulai peningkatan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik,” kata Anne.
Ia menyebut BPN Purwakarta sendiri menargetkan sebanyak 70.000 sertifikat kepemilikan tanah untuk tahun depan. Target tersebut diharapkan dapat tercapai di tengah masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, dan karena pandemi dari target yang seharusnya 50.000 hanya bisa selesai 30.000 sertifikat, mudah-mudahan dapat tercapai hingga akhir tahun nanti.
“Dari target 30.000 itu baru 18.000 yang baru disalurkan, mudah-mudahan kepala BPN dan jajaran diberikan kelancaran dalam menyelesaikan semua sertifikat,” ujar Anne.
Sementara, Kepala BPN Kabupaten Purwakarta, Hehen Suhendar menambahkan, secara fisik sertifikat kepemilikan tanah yang baru tersalurkan sebanyak 8.300, dan hari ini sebanyak 10.000 sertifikat yang akan mulai dibagikan secara bertahap mulai esok. Pembagian sertifikat kepemilikan tanah akan dibagikan sesuai standar Covid-19.
“Kalau tidak ada Covid-19 mungkin penyaluran akan selesai satu minggu,” ujarnya.
Ia mengaku pembagian sertifikat mendapat kendala karena harus memenuhi protokol kesehatan Covid-19.
“Kami coba bagikan 200 serifikat saja waktunya dari pagi sampai sore, karena ada penjadwalan-penjadwalan untuk menghindari kerumunan. Kami minta warga untuk bersabar,” kata Hehen.
Saat disinggung target tahun depan, ia menjelaskan semua daerah telah dibagi dan Purwakarta kebagian 70.000.
“Target 70.000 sertifikat itu 30.000 baru terukur tapi belum terbit, jadi dari K3 dimigrasi ke K1. Terukur sudah tapi belum diterbitkan, dan dari pengukuran baru itu 40.000. Jadi total 70.000,” demikian Hehen. (ADV)
