Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Sekretaris Relawan Jimmy-Yusni, Ace Sudiar merasa resah dengan fitnah yang menyudutkan Calon Bupati (Cabup) Karawang nomor urut 3, Ahmad Zamakhsyari.
Fitnah yang ramai di beberapa media online itu menyebut kalau Ahmad Zamakhsyari alias Jimmy berhutang bakso senilai Rp 2.635.000.
Atas persoalan itu, Ace menegaskan kalau pihaknya tengah mengumpulkan bukti-bukti otentik untuk dilaporkan ke pihak yang berwajib menanganinya.
“Yang berhutang siapa? Kok malah memfitnah Jimmy. Ini jelas tidak bisa dibiarkan. Kami dan tim tengah mengumpulkan bukti-bukti terkait pemberitaan yang menyudutkan calon kami,” tegasnya saat dihubungi awak media, Kamis (26/11/2020).
Ace menduga kalau pernyataan akun facebook dengan nama Yulia Uwie yang curhat soal hutang bakso itu dipolitisir.
Faktanya, kata Ace, pernyataan akun itu sama sekali tidak dialamatkan kepada salah satu calon Bupati Karawang, apalagi ditudingkan kepada Ahmad Zamakhsyari.
“Kami sudah melakukan konfirmasi kepada akun Yulia Uwie, yang mengaku putri dari saudara Yusuf yang berjualan bakso itu. Dan memang baik Yusuf dan Yulia Uwie, tidak menuding calon kami memiliki hutang. Ini kok ada pihak luar yang malah menggoreng isu ini untuk menyudutkan calon kami,” katanya.
Ace menjelaskan kalau dari sedikit bukti yang terkumpul bahwa persoalan hutang itu dengan saudara Feryansah yang bahkan terlampir dalam bukti kwitansi.
“Saudara Yusuf juga menyatakan tidak pernah memberikan keterangan apapun terhadap media yang menyebut calon kami berhutang. Jelas, ini adalah salah satu alat bukti kami yang kami pegang dan akan kami teruskan secara hukum,” jelasya.
Dihubungi terpisah, Kuasa Hukum Cabup Ahmad Zamakhsyari, Hendra Supriyatna, SH MH, mengaku sudah mendalami persoalan ini. Bahkan bukti otentik untuk dilaporkan ke pihak berwajib pun sudah rampung.
“Ada sejumlah postingan media nasional dan lokal yang sudah kami printout untuk alat bukti. Kami pastikan mereka salah tuding, melakukan fitnah keji. Pelaporan yang akan kami teruskan diantaranya pasal pencemaran nama baik dan berita hoaks,” tandasnya. (red)
