Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Anggota DPRD Jawa Barat, Ihsanudin mendukung Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) untuk menindak tegas maraknya politik uang atau money politics yang terjadi di Pilkada Karawang pada saat masa tenang.
Hal tersebut disampaikan saat Ihsanudin melakukan kunjungan kerja ke kantor KPU Kabupaten Karawang dalam rangka memantau kesiapan penyelenggaraan dan pengawasan saat Pilkada di Kabupaten Karawang.
“Bawaslu harus transparan jangan ada yang ditutup-tutupi, harus selalu jaga independensi. Di lapangan geger video-video tertangkapnya oknum tim sukses yang membagikan ‘uang cendol’ (money politik). Segera dong ditindak tegas sesuai aturan main,”ujar Ihsanudin, Selasa (8/12/2020).
Ia pun meminta kepada Bawaslu untuk segera mungkin menindaklanjuti segala indikasi pelanggaran yang terjadi di Pilkada Karawang.
“Inisiatif pengawasan harus di kedepankan jangan hanya menunggu laporan masyarakat. Jangan khianati rakyat Karawang,”jelasnya.
Selain itu ia juga mengapresiasi atas upaya upaya panitia penyelenggara dan langkah antisipasif semakin merebaknya Covid-19.
“Saya apresiasi pantia penyelenggara atas kesiapan dan upaya antisipatif menyebarnya Covid-19. Semua TPS dan pemilik suara harus steril dari wabah Corona. Kita ikhtiar, agar pandemi ini segera berakhir,”tukasnya.(red)
